Exceptionally light to no wind

This time of year I was expecting the wind to be on the light side. However, it turned out to be a two week vacation with only three days of decent wind. Still a nice way to start the new being in the sun in mild temperatures .

While the waters of the Red Sea are known for their warmth, the winter here brings cooler conditions, making a 4/3 wetsuit essential for activities – well, there were still some tough individuals on the water with a shorty.

The air is crisp and you can see the mountains in the background as well as the Siani peninsula.

For once I booked with Kitepower because the water is not as shallow as in Makain, so you don’t have to walk as much for foiling.
